Bug with HDR

For me it looks like a not switched back HDR. When i close the game - desktop looks too brightly. I need go to desktop settings and switch off and next switch on HDR settings to go back to normal view of my desktop.

Yup, this happens to me too with Auto HDR on. I've had this happen in a couple other games as well.

Oh and I've also reported this bug through the Windows feedback tool to Microsoft as it is clearly a Windows bug, even if it only happens to a few games here and there.

This bug also exist in demo version. This is one of the reason not getting this game yet.

Also getting it here. Pretty annoying having to swap HDR off and back on every time after closing this game.

yeah i think i get this bug, after playing the game my brightness is maxed, and i usually do a restart to fix it, which is quite annoying. its so bright i can barely read anything!

A quick workaround for me after exiting the game : switching "HDR off" and "HDR on" by pressing shortcut key combination "Win + Alt + b" twice, once to turn HDR off, wait a short moment, then one more time to turn HDR on again.

This is happening to me too. I thought it was because I had Leaf Blower Revolution running in the background, and to fix the problem I'd go into the LBR window and Alt+Enter twice to toggle fullscreen, which fixed it. I've never seen this happen with any other game.

Thanks for advising about the Win+Alt+b hotkey until the root problem is fixed. :)

yeah ive recently had the same bug with Worms WMD, maybe i'll just turn windows HDR off?

In the Nvidia Control Panel, go to 'manage 3D settings" you need to turn "Vulkan/OpenGL Present Method" to "Preferred Layered on DXGI Swapchain" rather than auto or native. It's needed for Auto HDR to work properly in some games when "Auto" doesn't function properly.

I pulled my hair out so many times trying to find a solution.
