What the point of items what reduce enemies in %?
Hear me right, ok, i know it will help you survive some waves in bad build, but upgrades are very expensive (most of them). Also, the more aliens you kill => more material you get, isnt that better?

In most cases more mobs is better but you want those reducers to counter the increase mob count item some times and farmer and explorer have a 50% less mats from mobs and drop chance is reduced even more with diff 4 & 5 as such on these chars reduced mob count is not such a big deal.

It's a conditional change. If you get 5% less enemies on wave 18 or after, for example, you aren't really losing anything, it will only help. But 5% less enemies taken after wave 1 will have a huge impact down the line.

Quite a lot characters work fine without killing enemies or without killing much. -% enemies work nice for them.

I feel like with danger 4 you dont get more money from enemies just because there are more of them. Often times you will rely on running circles around them, damaging a lot of them evenly. If you got like 5% less enemies the threshhold for the need to do that can be beaten and you actually will make more money out of fewer enemies. A generalisation if it is good or bad is in my opinion wrong.
