Ricochet damage penalty is too high
-50% is a class level downside. its already pretty rare. it shouldnt be that punishing to take.

It was insta win at 20.
Boy, when you get tho you should have a lot of damage. And, well, it's apply only to ranged weapons, so, it's fine.

I think it's perfectly balanced. You give up single target damage and what you sacrifice is instead hitting the next enemy
i would say its the MOST balanced item, because its literally *2 on the shots, and /2 on the damage.

its a decision to make for yourself, your build, your situation. the balancing is fine, maybe you build did suck balls when you grabbed it.

I agree, you spend a lot of money on something that basically does no dmg increase, lose half ur dmg to hit a second target, and it's a huge downgrade for ur Boss dps, i think the the -50% should go to -35%.
In the end it's a red expensive item that should come with more benefits and not always bring a big downside.

Had no issues when i got the item cause my dmg was alright. It just felt punishing and wanted to share. Its a legendary item so you usually get it at the later rounds. at that point, i never die to mobs. Clearing more doesnt mather much for me. sacrificing single target felt really punishing when you are doing the last difficulty and have to fight both bosses.
