Just found something crazy!

So I didn't notice this at first, but I had already watched a youtube video of someone playing this. But I just realized that I think you can go through the entire map without having to go into elevators, or at least most of the map/s. Because I walked around, and found a shopping mall thing, went down some stairs into the area with the window, and then found the 2nd elevator which put me in the poolrooms without going in the first elevator! That is crazy, and really cool!

there's at least 2 to 3 elevators on the first level to find they will lead to the next pool levels before the last update, but watch out the entity is in the new update and CAN get you

Where? I just ran through the entire game and didn't see a single hostile entity
