is 9 fps a feature?

I'd like to recommend this but its just not really for me, I don't have the best graphics card in the world (Radeon RX 580 admittedly its very low tier but it does the job for most games i even played cyberpunk on this card at around 30 fps mid to high settings (not great i know). Even when putting this game on the lowest possible settings it still doesn't run very well at all. when turning my fps takes a massive hit and even when making any movement my fps is still bad. The environments are pretty cool and do really capture the endless, inescapable liminal world. The atmosphere is pretty good as well, the ambience is definitely a strong point for the game but with no monsters or knowing that there is no danger and threat in the game after seeing some of the environment i find myself bored. This isn't the games fault I just don't enjoy a walking simulator as much as someone else might.

Overall not a bad game just needs optimising a little.
