How to download?
Maybe my brain is a bit smooth here, but the game says its early access, and it looks like people have the steam version downloaded, but i can only add to wishlist'... help?

Dolphin on Steam has not been released yet. We will release sometime in Q2 2023 (April to June).

We need to wait quite a bit yet. Anyways the standalone can't be that different from this one in case you are in a hurry and want to test it yourself.

yeah i used regular dolphin itself, just got a new pc tho and i wanna keep it more organized. so ima wait and get the steam version

I believe you will be able to copypaste your current dolphin over steam's when it's ready. That's what I did with RA (retroarch) and it works fantastic.
