Steam cloud is the only point in bringing Dolphin to Steam. That I can think of anyway. I want Dolphin to open up to RetroAchievements...

Most likely, but I doubt it gonna be a problem, unless you gonna make millions of save.

It will work by syncing dolphins save folder. Which can have as many saves as each game supports normally.

It will save your settings and save data. It won't duplicate or upload your games into their cloud.
