More Responsive Movement

It would be neat if movement didn't feel so sluggish. Acceleration is slow, so it feels like I'm swinging a lead block around. Makes me press that movement button harder while I'm building. It would also feel better if I could disable vsync in favor of an FPS limiter. Both the mouse and the player character feel severely delayed.
