You complain that "woke" is what is ruining the gaming industry but what is really ruining the gaming industry is that if a developer/publisher even hints at releasing a game these days, an extremely toxic and obnoxiously vocal minority sprint to their computers to spam comment sections and forums with their outdated and paranoid opinions and if anybody dare to say otherwise, they just respond with obtuse arguments.
I don't even know why I'm bothering to leave this response when the people I'm talking about obviously don't care nor do they have common sense or any ability at being introspective.

And just a bit of information, black people have existed in Europe for centuries now. If black people were able to have a place of importance in the court of Henry VIII then I'm fairly sure it's likely that there was at least 1 African immigrant in Sicily, 400 years later.

The majority of the population are still regular people that are either not or barely on the internet for nothing more than to watch a few videos and check emails. For whatever reason, the internet has led many to believe that this is truly the only thing that matters and it's a reflection of society. It's not and it never will be. Lol it's funny how people care so much that "conservatives","bigots", "far rights" want to know what they consume and spend money on, they just communicate or question about it and that's it, but you guys lose your marbles over it <how dare you not spend 100$ and praise the game for it's "DIEverse" cast of brave (insertwhateverminority)>.
