Mafia: The Old Country

Mafia: The Old Country

Give the series to Rockstar Games - Hangar 13 can't make games
There hasn't been a single patch for Mafia II: Definitive Edition - the game is just broken. Why is Hangar 13 still not closed?

The development should have stuck with 2K and not outsourced, but I am willing to give Hangar 13 1 more chance but they are a Californian dev studio so my hopes are not exactly that high.
They've had enough chances already. The remake of the first mafia - the open world is dead, even many of the npcs there just aren't animated. Animation bugs are found in story missions as well. Crashes are found in story missions. Bugs with sound are found in story missions.
About the defective edition of the second mafia I already said - the game is just broken in all aspects. And there were no patches - they just spit out a piece of code and sell it without even trying to fix the game. It's a hack job. For the second mafia alone the studio should be shut down.
The third mafia is a disgrace in general. Only ruined the once iconic series.

Man, these guys don't even know that the mouse has more than three buttons! What else is there to talk about.
don't know about 2:DE since i beat classic on console and it's the same, but for 1:DE's port, it's your hardware (plus poor optimization). search function on the boards will verify that for you. M3, on the other hand, is all those things you said. the pc port makes me wish i had it on console instead.

They definitely ruined Mafia 2 remaster and Mafia 3 was a buggy mess on release and still have gaming breaking bugs to this day.

But Mafia 1 remake was pretty great.

As much as I like Rockstar, Mafia is not the type of game Rockstar makes whatsoever. Rockstar is busy enough as it is with GTA and RDR series.

Rockstar can't make a game anymore either.
