Mafia: The Old Country

my hopes for the game (f***ing multiplayer)
since we don't know what's in this game, i'll use mafia definitive as the example (while hoping some maps get carried over to the old country).
besides multiplayer, i hope the game keeps the "fox and the hound" stuff and definitive 1's design philosophy over the 3rd's.
they workshopped the core mechanics for the old country in definitive 1, so there's nothing to comment. though... if they use slo-mo, they should keep it short like og deadeye.
the b&w filter was a mistake, it was a slap in the face to the game's aesthetics. they should've done a bright pastel effect that old colorized films have.

i sincerely hope they add multiplayer to this series (not just because the window before a red dead online 2 drops is dwindling).
in definitive 1, they had maps already perfect for it.
not just for death match/team death match, but for silly team tug-of-war consistent with the free ride humor.
-airport isn't great for a tug-of-war since the 2 hubs (main terminal and hangers) aren't on opposite ends, but it would work for a cops v robber attacker/defender "stronghold" match.
-farm map works for tug-of-war, and aliens v. farmers would've been fun.
-"saints and sinners" is pretty versatile. you can have police raid "stronghold" matches with the brothel and the church, but there's a potential for a mega map with the brothel and church on opposite ends with a connecting roof top section (like in the story mission).
-prison breakout is self explanatory.
-etc
