Is the game still alive?

We haven't gotten a new event since.... mid October, I think?
They have also skipped quite a lot this year, with either half the holiday content from previous years or none at all, like completely skipping Fiona.
Now we have been getting nothing but click events to fill the content void and that wouldn't be such a horrid thing if they were new, but they've all been repeats.

Does anyone know what is going on?

I've strongly suspected something was going on. The devs have not made any forum responses since Oct 11th, 2024, and the last news to hit my library page was Oct 9th, 2024. There might be some info over on their Discord channel as to what has happened, but here on Steam we can only speculate.

There was, I believe, supposed to be another repeat click event today but so far I'm not seeing anything.
Though I play on Nutaku and it could just be that someone fell asleep on the job.
I see they haven't forgotten to advertise there paid only girls, however....


The same devs also do Kink.Inc, which still updates fairly regularly, yet I feel like we are getting more repeats than before from that, too.

I've seen a couple other games like this enter endless repeat mode and then eventually shut down...
Hopefully that wont be the case but it's looking rather bleak at the moment.

It looks like the next update is another animation rerun-- I think this makes the fourth or fifth consecutive one? I've played the game pretty steadily (on Nutaku) for a few years now, and never seen anything like this before. I assume they're done with it, which is a bummer. Or maybe only making new content to sell to people, like the Lily season 2 that came out semi-recently, which is also a bummer.

I guess it had to happen eventually, and I know they have a few other games going, but Kink Inc is the only other one I like at all, and Booty Farm is my favorite by far, so it's pretty disappointing.

Speaking of the recent event repeats, I just realized a day or so ago that we didn't have any sort of "Mrs. Santa" event this year. That's got to be a bad omen.

Yeah... there also wasn't a New Year, Thanksgiving, or Halloween event-- unless we count the Grittney animation event in October as a Halloween event, but I think that was the last new event in any case.

If there were some kind of "hey guys, we launched a new game and are behind, expect some new stuff soon" announcement, I'd at least be understanding, but I haven't seen anything like that, which just makes me fear it's been quietly abandoned.

There's finally another new event-- a Valentine's Day one. It even has seven pictures to unlock, instead of the usual five (or one, in the case of that last new Holly event). I'm a little worried it's being balanced to only be completable for spenders and people glued to their computer 24/7 though, as it's only going for three days and the cost to unlock scenes seems a bit high for seven pictures in three days. Hopefully that's not the case, but I guess we'll see.

Yeah, seven pics to unlock seems a little much for an event. Don't know if I'm gonna be able to do that. I commonly struggle to get the five-pic events completed.

7 is quite a few and thank God I've been off the first two days so I will easily finish the event, but otherwise it would be hard to say the least. At least the last two pics cost don't scale up as the lower ones do, otherwise the cost in orders would be a lot more. But it is nice to have a new event and one that isn't a clicker one. The worst part of 7 for me is it has killed my crop reserves and the girls don't want the "older" items, so half the offers I have to click redo and hope I can do them.

This discussion has been very informative.
I had to move and couldn't log on for over a month so I decided to just quit bothering with Booty Farm even when I got everything set back up.
Looks like I didn't miss much at all.

No new content since October and then finally a new event that heavily leans towards pay-to-win?
Even if the game picks back up and starts updating regularly again I doubt anything other than my favorite girls (Fiona, Grittney, Eleanor) would bring me back if this is the direction they are going to go.
I'd rather just free up my time and not mess around with the game then only partially unlock the events.
It's a bummer as I've been with the game since the later part of the first year. :/

Yeah, I'd like to hope it's a momentary blip and the game will return to a more regular new event schedule soon, with a more reasonable time-to-unlock rewards balance, but I'm not optimistic. Events aside, it's been years now since they added a new season for any of the original, free girls, so I stopped believing that "story will continue soon" line a long time ago (and Isabella doesn't even have a season two).

I know they need to make their money somehow, whether that's through pay-to-progress events or focusing on other games, but I can't imagine the constant rerun events, lack of new content, and lack of communication about when to expect new content helps much with that anyway.
