Leper desperately wants Combo token generation, so Jester is probably his best friend in that regard.
Since Leper has virtually no backline damage output, Plague Doctor can be a good teammate. She can Plague Grenade the back and is probably the best healer in the entire game.
PD as main healer, Occultist can occasionally heal too but mainly he will be cursing and dealing with back-line enemy with pull or even swap in abyssal artillery if they are unmovable. malediction should be utilize in for the boss fight. MAA comes in as a secondary tanker who can cure blind from the leper and a stress healer for the team. and leper can just chop and intimidate. also now you can swap his path to monarch on the last inn before the mountain if needed.
Notable trinket for this lineup
- Undeserved promotion, to occasionally give leper crit is huge dmg spike.
- Reverberating Redoubt, good for both leper and MAA, extra turn while on ruin dmg is op
Only if you play with Shambler's Spawn
- Selfish Motivation, is decent considering taunt effect is count as negative token
- Wounding Words, with leper high hp pool and MAA there shouldn’t be any problem
- Temptation, Extra turn on ruin or dmg to self to gain additional 20% is very good
