What is the Yellow / Blue balls/Circles??
I see them when i look at the caracters when i decide where they are in my group. i see them when i look at the "skills" while in combat. some circles are even empty but the game doesnt say what it does.

Can’t tell you unless you have a screenshot pointing out which icons your are talking about. This game invented a whole full screen of icons lmao

They mean how much that hero can hit those ranks and how well they can function in those ranks. The fuller the circles the better they do against or in those ranks. Same for the enemies but they use yellow and red circles.

what kind of ranks i see yellow and blue.... does it mean anything against who is further front or back of the enemies when i hit them, or is it only how good that caracter is with a higher chance of crit?

Yellow is your side when checking your hero skills. It's the enemy's side when checking their skills. The 8 dots refer to the 8 ranks, 4 on each side.

It has nothing to do with crit or the power of the skills, just an estimate of how well a certain enemy or hero can reach those ranks with their skills or use abilities from those ranks.

Yellow balls are the positions that ability can be used from and the blue balls show which enemy positions that ability can reach/hit. If blue balls are also connected with a blue line that means the skill hits all connected positions.

Each hero has 11 skills in total. You can unlock rest of their kits by visiting hero shrines.

I wouldn't worry about that. The base skills might always be the same but how and what you use them on gives a lot of variety and room to experiment. Trinkets, hero paths and other mechanics can also mix things up, along with which enemies you're facing.
