What is a "noxious item"

I got 2 trinkets that say "If a noxious item is equipped" they give a bunch of bonuses, but I have yet to come across an item that has any noxious label on it. Any idea what these are?

Some items say "Noxious" one them. One in particular is a combat item for instance. Have that+ the trinket and you're good to go.

Some trinkets also have tags like Noxious, Flammable, Stained, etc.

It will say under the title if an item is noxious, serrated, etc. And I believe those items can be combat or trinkets to make the item work.
Like how the couch item will tell you if they are luxury, food, etc

The only one I recall is the Cleaver.

Several of the Foetor-specific trinkets are Noxious.

You probably need to unlock more trinkets from The Working Fields to get them to start showing up.
