Regarding corpses

Do you get anything from destroying them? I know their main purposes is to be an obstacle (or tool if you are flagellant I guess), but I read somewhere that destroying enemy corpses increases the chance of getting more loot at the end of the battle. Can anyone confirm this?

Dunno where you read that from, but no it's just to stop you from roflstomping the remaining backline.

Not normally, but there are trinkets or similar that can give you rewards for destroying them. The Grave Robber also has an ability that allows her to instnatly destroy a corpse and get a heal and stress heal for doing it.

I don't think destroying corpses does anything to impact loot chances.

Some enemies or classes do get certain perks in battle for clearing corpses (looking at you Flagelant)

But otherwise; not that I know off

Sounds like a myth to me, after destroying plenty of corpses.
