Can I run DD2 with my PC?

Got DD2 on release because of how much I love DD1 and the 25% off sale made it way more appealing. I thought at first my PC could handle it,but I keep encountering performance issues,frozen screen,the pc restarts itself sometimes. Since I got very little experience with computers,hoped any of you could tell me if all those problems come from my laptop not being able to handle the game,or due to some external issue (powersource malfunction,cooler system dirty,etc).

Hello there. You can use https://www.systemrequirementslab.com or https://www.pcgamebenchmark.com/ to check if you can run a game. Your specs should be enough to run the second game. Are you sure that you don't have a malware or something? Assuming you properly take care of your computer

Cant be 100% sure,but Im pretty confident it doesnt. Its just the 2 games I've installed last (Valorant and DD2) gave me the same issue: frozen screen and then the laptop restarts itself. Managed to fix the Valorant problem by making it run on Windows 8,but that same solution doesnt seem to work with DD2.
And other games I had already installed (Ori and the Will of the Wisp,Phasmophobia,PC Building Sim. ,TBOI,Loop Hero and Potion Craft) dont give me this issue at all.

For example,now I cant play at all. Suddenly, the game skips the text before the main menu,the profile name is bugged and I cant click on any of the options,so cant continue on adventure,restart the run or even get out of the game
