Overdue Notice (achievement) - Sprawl lair boss
Hello!

So I killed the Librarian in the Sprawl during the Denial confession.
I did not get the achievement Overdue Notice (kill the lair boss in the Sprawl).

What gives? I got the parallel achievement for the Tangle lair boss.
Is this a known bug?

I was granted Hat Trick after completing The Sluice for the first time, so I'm guessing that certain achievement triggers are bugged or got swapped around.

Some achievements seem to be bugged. I have the %100 altar of hope unlock achievement but I didn't get the %50 and %25 unlock achievements for some reason :stress:
