Items disappear when clicking on them
I can't count how many times I get great triket or I want to use an item in the Inn only to remove it when Im double clicking it. Why is that happening?! Im not clicking shift to remove the item but they disappear anyway. Does anyone else have this bug or is it just me, sometimes it can be disastrous in middle of the run.

God it keeps happening I got so used to double clicking rather than draggin that it makes me remove the most crucial items. :steamfacepalm:

Can confirm that mine friend that also plays this game has this bug but discovered it only when I told him because he drags items rather than clicking them.

This is a bug I've also encountered. I'm more careful about it now so I don't accidentally lose my items, but early on it was very frustrating to deal with. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I thought my shift key was stuck or I pressed it accidentally. This is extremely annoying, I had it happen 3 times in a row at the start of a run.

I thought double clicking automatically uses/equips the item if it can be used like that.

Every single time after the crossroads. Buy whiskey. Click icon. Item gone.

To clarify, double clicking an item is a quick way to equip/unequip something. This is different than holding shift, which would discard the item entirely. When you double click an item, it should be placed back into your inventory. If you are finding that the items are disappearing from your possession after a double click (you can no longer find them in your inventory), then please be sure to send a ticket from inside the game (Feedback button in the options menu, or hit F5). This will allow us to have a closer look at what might be happening here.

This actually sometimes happen with one click. And it continues - any equipable item I click disapears. More often it happens with inn items in inn (for me). I just quit and restart the game immediatly - this ruturns game state to last checkpoint and all items are there.

RedHookMichaela, I will try to "catch" this state next time I play. It is quite irritating bug

Something else to keep in mind is that when mice wear down, they can become overly sensitive or inconsistent, making it so you can accidentally double-click with them without noticing.

But this is fairly noticeable. Like if you try to drag something and your mouse stops reading the drag input despite keeping the button held down.

Fix your game. When I single click the items disapear like I would have shift click it. It's a bug and it ruins my runs.

For me, they disappear with a single left click. I can recreate it consistently, though it seems to only happen at the first inn.

You're using the items that you're dbl-clicking on.
