Took my highwayman and not my vestal cause I took occultist instead, both had memory slots (only put 1 on Highwayman since I was gonna use him) and now they're both gone from the memories tab.

Ahh that makes sense then. I think you need to put at least one on the vestal to retain hers even if you didn’t take her.
6% more crit chance, 10% better chance at positive banter. And you don't get like a ton of options first, I got like 3 options and couldn't remove a memory after applying it so yeah they should make it permanent.
