I got 100% achievement but 50% and 25% still locked, any solution?

Contact the devs directly via in-game (F6) or their official Discord.

No prob.

No idea, I don't use Discord. Just Google "discord" and "Darkest Dungeon 2" obviously without the quotation marks.
