Serrated item?

Could anyone tell me what this item is? and how to get one?

there are some combat items that have the tag serrated, that's all I know

The gnarly knuckles trinket (+20% melee) is an example, "weapon, serrated". If you lack a related trinket, just equip a bleed-related trap in the combat item slot. Those say "serrated" as well.

You'll find that some trinkets and items have "traits/descriptions" listed under their name (e.g. noxious, flammable, etc). Serrated is one of these descriptions. So whenever another trinket has an effect that is dependent on serrated items for example, that means equipping one will enable that effect.
