DLC adds little. When the next DLC comes out, there will also be a free update that adds a new game mode, stand alone from the core game. Get it now on sale and play the core game. Jan 27 you might find yourself playing only the new Kingdoms game mode.

i was half way my DD 1 but it was 2 years ago since i last played, now i started over again before i play the second one, but im thinking if i buy now or wait the dlc and another promotion

Can't speak for promotions, but my main point is that there's little to wait for. DLC mostly just adds heroes to the roster (2 for the current one, and 1 for the upcoming one). The new free expansion will have no relation to anything you do before then. It's practically a second game.

I think the more relevant thing to consider waiting for is that they're still rebalancing 5 of the heroes (out of 11 or 14 with DLC). Waiting for that will take many more months.

And yeah, coming back to DD1 after longer than a month usually means a fresh start for me. DD2 is better about jumping back in.

i got the game, its really different from the first one, more "simple" in the management ways i think, but i am playing the dd1 too beacause i never finished the game, mixing up my time now

As someone who just bought it last week, I've already put in close to 50 hours into the game. It's really fun and enjoyable. I think its better than Darkest Dungeon 1 solely because its easier to jump in and play and come back to.
