How do you equip your preferred skins on all heroes in Kingdoms Mode?

Seriously, a lot of these skins are great, and it's a shame to see Reynauld go back to his original color scheme after getting used to the blood stained aggressor skin for so long.

You can change the cosmetics in the crossroads, before you embark on the kingdoms campaign.

Yes, but only for the initial team members. Even then during my last campaign, my Leper reverted to the default, and the crusader (who was not selected), was found in the default skin.

I smell a bug or a missing feature.
