-kingdom quest- what to do with the cold storage attached to the Stage coach ?

As always the game is so cryptic you just loose cause you don't understnad what to do.

Can someone solve this thing ?
The description of the item does not help a lot.

Go the these regions: Foetor, Sprawl, Tangle, Mountain/Tundra, Shroud and fight some enemies. For each region you will get 3 pieces of different meat so 15 in total.

In short. visit every region and fight a battle. have 15 inventory slots empty so you can collect the samples, then deliver.

Actually need to wait until phase 2.

Once you have the 4 relics to equip to the stage coach.
i suppose it will lure the final boss.

You won't attract the alpha until you're in escalation 3. So sadly if you put them on in escalation 2 you're stuck until escalation 3.
