Report a translation problem
Practically all hero stories are preset one-time challenges. They're meant to be tricky (if played blind), and you only have to complete them once.
In this case, you need to 'mirror' the notes on the other side, and the Jester himself is always considered a correct note - thus a wild card. You can see that if you mouse over the icon underneath him - the tuning fork = note is in the correct place.
It's not that difficult, but if you don't want to figure it out yourself, there are plenty of videos showing the solution(s).
