Question about -x% healing 'from skills'
If a trinket says -20% "healing from skills", does that apply to hot effects or secondary affects that heal as well, or only healing from skills that directly heal?

Specifically, I'm thinking of the Flagellant skill wherein he gets healed, not when he uses the skill, but if he gets hit after having used the skill.

Regen does not gain from "Healing skills" buffs.

Regen has its own, separate healing buff, which you can see on the Vestal's Indelible trinket "Icon of the Light"

As for your second question, yes, any direct heal from skills benefits from "Healing skills" trinkets, including Flagellant's pain tokens, which proc a regular heal at the end of his turn.

In my head both those points is how I assumed it worked. Glad I seemed to have assumed correctly

And they work multiplicatively, right? So if he heals, say, 30%, and he has a trinket that increases it by 20%, that means it's 36%, not 50%?
