I recommend you follow the link and read all of the advice if you actually think you 'need' a stress healer in the party.
Stress is a bit more of a long-term management thing than HP. It does get added or removed naturally while traveling, and your pathing choices will affect it based on characters' desires.
If you choose to go without healers, you will have to go without heals (or be limited by consumables) and risk losing a character in battle. If you choose to go without Stress healers, you will have to go without combat Stress heals, which comes with some challenges. Invest in Crit chance, Laudanum, Stress-reducing inn items, avoid bosses that add a lot of Stress (like the Dream General), that kind of thing, or like a group with no heals risks losing a character in combat, you'll be risking Meltdowns.
I'd personally recommend having at least one Stress healer in the group, but if you decide to go without them because the characters with no Stress heals are stronger in other ways, it's a viable choice.
