In my scenario it wasn't completely detrimental, since it was just one action wasted, but this has the potential to snowball into an entire round completely gone if you should choose to focus down the Arbalist.
Two actions wasted, actually. Arbalist couldn't make a move in the first round (if he wasn't faster than hellion), bishop sacrifised 2 Benediction tokens instead of attacking as well, making your next kills safe as long as he didn't generate more, which also makes him waste a turn.
And if you expect Serve Once More... why wouldn't you focus bishop first?
You may also slow down a bit, then time your kills and corpse clears better since you can see a turn order for the next few moves in the top right. Bishop can't revive if pulled to the rank 1 as well.
I assure you, it really isn't that hard to prevent this.
What part of round 1 turn 1 wasn't clear? My Hellion could not hit into rank 3.
I did the best that I could, and the game counter-played me in what I consider an unfair way, there's a reason the devs don't make your heals anything over 50%. It feels cheap if you can just pop someone back to full health. It does not feel good seeing an enemy get completely revived to full HP on round 1 turn 2 either, but usually you can prevent that. I could not. That's the point.
Does she? Tell me, what move does she have that hits rank 3, while I'm in rank 1?
