Not Available In This Version?

I purchased this game when it was first released in Early Access. I played it, uninstalled it, and waited for the next big update. I downloaded the game again when the 1.0 update was released. When I tried to purchase my first house upgrade (basement), I got the "not available in this version" message. I deleted my saved character and updated the game with the most recent update which I downloaded today.

I started a new game today. I just tried to upgrade my house and I'm receiving the same message. This is very frustrating. I'm tired of starting over. I have the latest update, a fresh install, and a new save file.

After I made this post I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I'm currently on the quest to report back to the Mayor after I purchase the axe. Please allow me time to move the lady in and accumulate enough in game currency to attempt to buy the basement upgrade. I'll upload the save file if I encounter the issue again.

This is the only issue that I've encountered so far. Thank you.

I have the same message. I skipped the dialogue that had the "upgrade" info. So, i figured I need to reach a game level to have house upgrade options installed on my mobile.

Thank you Dev for the quick fix. I just updated my game. When I purchased the basement upgrade prior to the fix release, it only added the extra storage. It went from 5 to 15 pages of home storage. No basement was added to my home. I'm going to delete my current character and start fresh. Hopefully all goes well.

Go to the walkway in front of your house — there’s a staircase leading down to the basement.
However, if you made your choice before the fix, it might not have been applied. In fact, most of the issues you're experiencing can be fixed by the dev team through editing your save file. You just need to upload your save file so we can check, fix it, and send it back to you.
It only takes a short time, and you won’t have to keep replaying like you’ve been doing. We’re always here to support all user asap.
