Mason's "You made a friend" and "You changed" ending

So I've gotten all the survival endings for each character, except these two for Mason. Mason's route is honestly the hardest, since I feel like his route doesn't really have a structure like the other two, does anyone know how to get these?

tbh, im pretty much STUCK on masons ending. i barely know any in general. i have like maybe 9 endings. But the first one i got was the you changed LMAO. SPOILERS!!! so pretty much what you need to do for the you changed ending is fill out your map. once you go into forest ect, open inventory and click on the pencil and paper. there should be an option to "fill map" once you do that, go back to the forest and a dialogue should pop up where you can find this black swamp. Once you do, survive. All you do is stay there. usually weather is nice since you cant make a fire there, just stay there. you need to survive as long as possible. Then, eventually. After a couple days it will start snowing. with "theres no food left, no fire" and that triggers the ending. hope this helped
