Microsoft c++ Runtime Error

Hey everybody. This isn't the first time I've faced this issue but i wanted to see if there is actually a solution for the problem rather than refunding the game and forgetting about it as I've done in the past. When I launch the game I get an error reading this "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" with the top reading "Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X64 Minimum Runtime" has anyone else encountered this error and if you have, is there a solution? (This happened when I bought Satisfactory too)

You may attempt to repair your Windows OS:

Then you can download MSVCR packages manually and install them:

Steam installs this prerequesite on first game launch, but it seems it can't download it for some reason. This could happen if you're offline, your connection is wonky or something, like an antivirus blocks steam access to its servers.

To workaround this install the packet manually from the second link mentioned above. Here's a direct link to the download: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
