need spoilers about endings

if I want to get good ending (on "beach" with Rachel) do I have to make specific dialogue choices from very start or does ending only depends on last sequence in central park?

The main point that determines the ending is after the crimeboard sequence in Sara's place - when she asks you who you think's responsible, saying Green's the one behind it all that puts you on the way towards the good ending.
