Peace Ending (SPOILERS)

How exactly do you get the good ending?

I investigated everything, tried to be amicable and friendly with Sara but opposed the murderer at every opportunity and shot Salma at the very end. Also tried to move towards Rachel as much as I can during the nightmare sequences, yet I only managed to get the Anguish ending which is quite bad since James is dead and his conciousness / soul is stuck at the memory bank.

By the way, I spent 6.9 hours in this game and even though it might be short it is still well worth the money. The general atmosphere, voice acting, graphical fidelity, the story and the dialogues are excellent.

To get a good ending, you need to choose "Green" when Sara asks who was behind all of this "Green" or "Murderer" during the chapter when you do a puzzle in Sara's home.
You also need to drop your gun at the end of the game and let Salma go.

i think you need to tell sara that you would rather die than go to the banks, when they have the after-midnight conversation.

You don't need to do that. I chose the gene bank in that dialogue and I was still able to get the Peace Ending.
