EDIT:
Well, never mind, the user has been made aware his CPU is unstable way back in April and he still did not proceed with the suggested fixes:

I tried veryfying files and I was still getting it and then all of the sudden I stopped getting it. But it was really strange, I was getting this error and at the same time I could alt+tab back in the game and play. Also during the "Preparing Shaders" I had like 3 crashed and I'm with a 4090 as well.

I assume you did, but will ask anyway - have you updated your drivers?
Other possibility - Do you have one of the newest gen intel CPUs (13th or 14th gen)? Higher the better (I9-13900K or I9-14900k)?
Edit: after posting the message i can see that OP has 14900KF.
Unfortunately, Intel really meesed up with the newest CPUs and they are reallly unstable. If I were you, I would try to RMA it and perhaps try to get it replaced and hope that you'll be luckier in the CPU lottery.

Yeah, that's not it.
I know about the situation, but I haven't had any issues with my CPU whatsoever and I play games (and tons of UE titles) all the time for a long period.
And also the game is now running without any issues.
Do you, or do you not have 13th or 14th gen i7 or i9 or an i5 ?
if you do, your CPU is unstable, and is slowly degrading on top of that.
