I tried looking through the end credits of the previous game, but unfortunately they're in Chinese only...

One of the artists for Paper Bride 3 is Wang Jianyu. Judging from the art style, most of the art for the rest of the series is likely drawn by the same person. You can view the Artstation portfolio at wangjianyu2233.artstation.com
