my working theoty was: "I bet I will eventually be given one"

I was correct. and it did happen not as a random drop so I think its impossible to miss if you do all quests.

Even if you just do the mandatory quests. You get it at the same time you get your motivation to go to the final chapter.

yeah i just been taking my time playing im at the big moist part for maybe couple hours just doing quest stuck on pad locks and raidios , as well to get the monster kids radio to work
