Minor concusion
I got this was part of a wander event and it gives me -1 Mysticality. Is there anyway to cure it or is this permanent?

Find a sink and wash your face to remove (most? all?) negative status effects like that.

I believe so, and you'll also encounter bathrooms in several locations throughout the game!
