Steam Deck question

Anyone playing on steam deck can answer this. It's bugging me a bit. When the Prologue scene comes up (the grey screen that says the word "Prologue") right after leaving the diner, are there two black marks on the top right corner of your screen? It shows up in screenshots I'm just making sure this isn't a steam deck hardware issue or not.
