How do I get to Gator Village?

I'm doing a quest that involves going to Gator Village, but I can't figure out how to get there. I looked it up, but nothing I found actually told me how to get there. Is there something I'm missing or what?

Is it the one that involves hunting there? Because that should unlock from the leather bros. Off the top of my head theres 3 gator places, I'll double check.

Edit: Yeah 90% sure its Gatorman Village and should unlock off the Leather Brothers place. Though I think for that quest can't you kill any of them?

I'm doing the quest for Rufus. It's the part where you have to use his gadget on the radios.

I'm doing the quest for Rufus. It's the part where you have to use his gadget on the radios.

Okay that makes sense. Either way I've only managed to get the location from the Leather Brothers, which I've only ever found with Alphonse as my companion. Who apparently has an inconsistent trigger that seems to involve the shadow stuff
