Effect: "Wind Knocked Out Of You"

I got this effect after a Random event where the greaser gang tied me to a pole and beat me up. I was half paying attention, and I think I chose the "surrender" option by accident. The effect completely removes AP recovery between turns during combat.

Is there no way to remove this effect? This seems like an insane debuff to force me to have for the rest of the game.

You lose debuffs either by finishing a day or by washing your face on a sink

The easiest sink i can think of is at the lighthouse keeper's home; you can use it for completely free and he wont mind
