Dauphin padlock

I have a feeling my game is bugged. I have 10 padlocks and 1 key(the cold key) and there is one visible padlock left in the house. i can't open the last remaining padlock with the last remaining key. I could use the cursed key maybe, but I only want to do that as a last resort. hopefully i'm just missing something, but I have no idea why this key doesnt work on the only remaining padlock. I thought something might be in the flooded room but no.

Make sure you use the item that when you hit space, it opens dialogue. I forget what its called and I am too lazy to check it again. each room it will say something different and they always point to a location of a key. Also check the garage and car if you haven't already

I have 10 of 11 padlocks and one unused key i've checked everywhere and used the radio thing in every room

The final lock for me was in the main foyer when you walk into the house. Its on a bookcase/shelving/display case or whatever. Try looking around there.

no ive looked everywhere and I know where the last padlock is. the key just doesn't unlock it. it gives me the prompt for the cursed key.

as far as I'm aware, there's no downside to using the cursed key. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

i have the same key problem(bedroom blanket chest lock + cold key) but i dont have a cursed key so i cant progress??

Wait do you have the key frozen in a block of ice? And did you... unfreeze it before trying to use it? That might be your problem here.

for me the key behind the panting went to the garge lock and the key i got from there went to the last lock

that is good for you but does not help me since i have used every key in dauphin EXCEPT the cold key and i have unlocked every padlock EXCEPT the chest.

I had all the locks except for one and I had an unused key.
