Pacifist run not triggering achievement

Hello, I have done a run with pacifist mode on and upon completion did not get the Milk of Human kindness achievement.
I think the only time I might have fought was the confrontation with Dark Noel, but that was story driven, not a real fight.
I didn't take the the food fight course either.
Does the Prologue count now for the achievement?

If you fought at all, as in you saw the battle screen, that's certainly would be what went wrong.

If you have pacifist mode turned on, how can a story-driven fight count? Grrr. I guess I'll try the Jazz playthrough instead of cheese wizard.

You shouldn't have been offered a fight if you are a pacifist, if you were, that's a bug. Looking at the code I don't see a way to fight Noël while also having pacifist turned on, though. Is there any chance you turned it off briefly?

The fight I was talking about is when you go to the DMV and you sling spells at Dark Noel, but its narrative, not an actual fight. But I played thru again with pacifist mode on (again) and got the achievement.
You have to be Pacifist thru the Prologue as well it seems. I was working off earlier comments that said the Prologue didn't count and I went for the 300% achievement during that run.

I think those comments were probably talking about being able to skip the prologue and still benefit from rewards you got from combat in previous prologue playthroughs without ruining your pacifist run. Actually engaging in combat in the prologue of your pacifist run does count.
