Having some difficulty figuring out how to get into Captain Augustus Durch's house. None of the given responses result in him opening the door. Any tips?

Look at the stones. One has a date on it. See if you can find a newspaper archive from that date. Then go back to him.

Also love that reference, but could you please tell me what to do with the urns once inside the house? I get that I'm supposed to get cigarettes for one but I have no idea where to get them or what to do with the rest of the urns

You can get cigarettes at the soda war surplus store.
