Anyone figure out the combination to the cellar of the proctor house?

Don't know the combination to the safe but I do know that if you have a shovel you can dig into the cellar in the present.

You first need to get into the burned down house and save it from being torched. After that, you'll get a date from the diary. Use that, and note the first name of Proctor, that's the code.

Sort of. You need to get the metal detector from Rufus' lab in Chapter 3 first, though. That threw me for a while.

in the present, there's a room on the second floor of the proctor house you can go into by removing the rope in front of it. there's a doll arm in the nightstand

In the present day, go to the second floor of the big house. Infront of one of the doors, there should be a prompt to undo one of the rope barriers. Just go in there and check the nightstand, there's and option to check the hidden compartment. I thought you needed more than that, no you just need the thing from in there.

i've gotten into the locked house now, but can't find the date from the diary anymore

After saving the house theres no longer a diary i can look at but just a pan and a brooch, and it doesnt allow me to look in delias draws in the past

i stumbled on this one by complete accident: go back to the newspaper building and check the cabinets until one of them tells you about the town, and the founder's name is the door password!

How do you get Delia to tell you she's missing her key tho? Stuck on trying to prove she didn't vandalize the outhouse.
