How do I get into the warden's office?

I've talked and interacted with all the prisoners. I even got a nickname from Moppy and everything. However, it appears I cannot progress at all. I tried to talk to Moppy to see if he had any information that could help me get into the office but there's no option for it. The only option that appears is "See you later, Moppy." Similarly, whenever I talk to any of the other prisoners, my character just says "Guess I can't think of anything to ask you. See you later." Can someone please tell me what I'm missing. I seriously cannot figure out how to progress and it's a bit frustrating.

You only get into the Warden's office if you chose the Muscle class option when you started the game bc it's end-game material, lmk if you want anything more specific as it's spoilery

I'd really like to know, please. I'm in the middle of the quest and I can't spice up the slop to get the playing cards

Ask the lady in the cafeteria to spice it up for you before you go serve it to the guy for his cards
