I was doing Rufus's quest to tinker with 11 radios. I took Culinary, Astrology, and Robotics at SIT, so I didn't get to unlock Hilbert's house. The screen shot says that it can be found by wandering, and I wanted to know if anyone has had this happen, or can confirm?

Actually, you might want to just find radios in other places. I tried to use Rufus' radio in the house and it didn't let me interact with them
