I have gone through the big moist and have found what feels like most of the locations but have not found Charles Wallace yet. I have found his wrench and his other wrench. Could someone point me in the right direction?

There's a third thing to find, and IIRC, they're at set locations. Where did you find the first two?

I cant actually remember, I think one of them was in front of a house but i don't remember which one.
