Controller help for a PC User

Hello,

I am currently playing DMZ on PC using a PS5 controller. While I am unsure if this makes a difference, I am running the game through Steam. I’ve encountered an issue where, when looting boxes or equipping an extra self-revive, I am required to use the stick to navigate items instead of the D-Pad. However, at the buy station, the D-Pad works correctly for making selections.

I have searched for a setting to modify this behavior but haven’t found any relevant options. Is there a way to enable D-Pad navigation for inventory management? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
