DMZ not getting extra contraband weapon slots
I own MW II but not getting expected bonus.

You should have gotten 20 instead of 10 slots.
Did you try installing the Multiplayer or any other parts of the full game? Maybe that'll unlock the slots, if they count as "DLC".

I have the base game and got 10 more weapon slots. It's not edition exclusive.
